This Contest is organized by Digiarty Software, Inc. ("Administrator"). By entering into this Contest, you ("Entrant") agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules of the Administrator.
The contest begins at 00:00am EDT on xxx, 2021 and ends on Dec.31st, 2021 at 11:59pm EDT ("Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
1. Download the designated footage video, add background music, subtitles or make more creative edits in VideoProc Vlogger. Simply share your video on Facebook or Twitter, tag #CreateWithVideoProc, then follow and @ us in your post on Facebook/Twitter.
2. Submit your post link and email address at The Contest Page by clicking "Submit & Get rewarded" to 1) Get a basic prize and 2) Get a chance of winning a bonus prize.
Video Requirements:
-DO NOT import extra video clips.
-DO NOT upload the footage video without any modifications.
Digiarty Official provides two types of prizes for "Beginner Mode" in the campaign of "VideoProc Vlogger" Editing Contest - Create and Recreate.
★ Basic Prize
Any entrant, who creates and shares video as required, will get a 90-day VideoProc Converter license. Once the video is reviewed, a unique license code will be sent through email.
★ Bonus Prize
If you receive more than "10 likes" on Facebook or Twitter, you will be eligible for a lucky draw. 20 winners will be selected randomly via randompicker.com, and each winner will get a Logitech M310 Wireless Mouse ($12.99).
The winner(s) who is/are not capable of receiving an entity gift above will be rewarded equivalent cash. And actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at the time of the prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by VideoProc @Digiarty Software, Inc. ("Administrator").
1. Select a trending topic (e.g., #Apple Event, #NFL, #WWE, #BTS, etc.) in your area of interest (e.g., sports, technology, entertainment, etc.) and create a video about this topic in VideoProc Vlogger. Simply share your video on YouTube, tag with #CreateWithVideoProc and #your selected topic in the title.
2. Submit your video link and email address at The Contest Page by clicking "Submit & Get rewarded" to 1) Get a basic prize and 2) Get a chance of winning a bonus prize.
Video Requirements:
- The whole video should be more than 30s, in high-quality, and edited in VideoProc Vlogger.
- DO NOT use copyrighted audio or video without permission.
- Videos must be public and uploaded before December 31st, 2021.
- The hashtag you add for the selected topic should be valid on YouTube.

★ Basic Prize
Any entrant, who creates and shares video as required, will get a 180-day VideoProc Converter license. Once the video is reviewed, a unique license code will be sent through email.
★ Bonus Prize
If you receive more than "10 likes" on YouTube, you will be eligible for a lucky draw.
1. There will be 5 winners when 50 eligible entries are reached. Each winner will get either an External Hard Drive ($59.9) or a USB Flash Drive 2TB ($39.9).
2. There will be 8 winners when 100 eligible entries are reached. Each winner will get one of the following prizes: Air Pods ($119), External Hard Drive ($59.9), Echo Dot Smart Speaker ($59.9), USB Flash Drive 2TB ($39.9).
Winners will be selected randomly via randompicker.com. All the prizes will be randomly awarded to the 5 or 8 winners. The winner(s) who is/are not capable of receiving an entity gift above will be rewarded equivalent cash. And actual/appraised value of prizes may differ at the time of the prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by VideoProc @Digiarty Software, Inc. ("Administrator").
The winner(s) will be notified within 7 workdays via the email address Entrants entered after the Entry Period. If the winner(s) do/does not respond within 7 workdays of notification, the winner(s) will be disqualified.
The winner list will be announced on our official Facebook, Twitter, and this page within 15 workdays after the Contest ends. Beyond that, this Contest is not connected to any third-party platforms.
The Contest is only open to those who submit at The Contest Page. The Contest is void where prohibited by law. The Contest is subject to all applicable countries, areas, and local laws and regulations. The Entrant should reach the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.
Privacy protection: The Email address entered by Entrants will be used for confirmation, winner(s) announcement, prize notifying and VideoProc Vlogger related info. By entering this page, you will agree to receive emails from the Administrator to confirm eligibility. And your personal information is used according to the privacy policy and will not be sold. You can opt out at any time.
Copyright protection: The original videos with positive content are admitted by the Administrator only. All the copyright of Entrants' original videos gets respect and acknowledgment from the Administrator. The videos shall not be used for any direct commercial purposes unless having permission from the owners. The Administrator will be legally and permanently authorized to share all the videos on its global social media platforms once Entrants agree to participate in the Contest. The Entrant who submits violence, drug, or any kind of illegalness will void that Entrant's Entries and shall bear legal liability in accordance with the law.
THIS CONTEST IS NOT SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY YOUTUBE, FACEBOOK, TWITTER OR ANY CAMERA COMPANIES. PRIZES DO NOT INCLUDE ANY CAMERAS. ALL MENTIONED TRADEMARKS ARE PROPERTY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS.
The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities or any other methods will void that Entrant's Entries. The Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods, as determined by the Administrator, in its sole discretion.
