1. The whole video should be more than 30s, in high-quality and edited in VideoProc Vlogger.

2. DO NOT use copyrighted audio or video without permission.

3. Videos must be public and uploaded before December 31st, 2021.

4. The hashtags you add for the selected topic should be valid on YouTube.
